Love this, to leap away from the old, tired, dying sense of self into the cauldron of the ever renewing fires of life. Why tarry with this drab spector of death always on the horizon when immersed in the brilliant abundance of life? We waste our hours that way, in that sad melancholy. A tired cliche.
"No one can build you the bridge on which you, and only you, must cross the river of life. There may be countless trails and bridges and demigods who would gladly carry you across; but only at the price of pawning and forgoing yourself. There is one path in the world that none can walk but you. Where does it lead? Don't ask, walk!"
What a line. Last night I wrote my initial comment down in my journal, titled it "The Leap." Was in a daze when I saw your post this morning. Thanks for the response.
Just want to remark the typo... "where I have now gone", i think you mean "where I have not gone" 😉 maybe you say: "not now", hence the longing for people to follow you 🤔
Tibetan Book of the Dead. I think he must have studied it.
There are many translations, I’ve only read two but the essential message I understood is fear not, not everything you’ll find terrifying is terrifying. Pause and lose your fear so that you may see clearly.
I like to jump and dive from above. When we get down, we rush into the most authentic liquid of all. And, it’s a moment of freedom, but furtive. I dare dives in to try to understand what it is. But I come out of the water and I will again place myself, where I have to jump again.

Nice to see some outlaw optimism instead of nihilism or despair. Good to leap into the nes coming but until death i will tame with me good things.
"Who dares give himself to the tide of living peace?"
Well, damn. Hello there Tuesday, you tidal bastard. This one hit home.
Everyone talks about taking the leap.
But then what?
What happens when the jump falls short?
Or when you’ve made the leap but don’t know what the next move is?
It seems that most people encouraging the leap are yet to take one themselves,
For I could not in good conscience advise someone to follow where I have now gone.
My options are drawing near:
Do I walk on, back turned from the landing spot?
Or do I look back and gauge if I can cross the chasm from whence I once came?
As Nietzsche reminded us:

"But a living man must leap away from himself into the much more awful fires of creation."
Yeah, and a woman might leap in the self into the fertile fires of creativity.
Lawrence leapt into life
when he wrote Lady Chatterley's Lover
He did not just leap
he created new life
for us all to leap into
