This is the most relevant and timely poem I have ever read. Today I declare to birth something and make very little sense.

Beautiful .. especially about being concerned most with the taking care of women and leading generals astray through clever false tracks.... wisdom here, no doubt.

Beautiful epigrammatic cadence /

statements remind me of Keat's

Negative Capability: being in uncertainties,

mysteries, doubts, without any irritable reaching

after fact and reason.

statements like "Ask the questions that

have no answers."

Wendell Berry always has the wisdom we need, right when we need it most (which is usually always... 😉). Thanks for this! 🙏☺️

"Laughter is immeasureable." What a great line, the cure to the technological society. "Ask questions that have no answer." All the time. This was really good as I plan to do something that will not compute- making more tracks than necessary. Really good!
