You revealed more about life and death, with your witnessing, with your words, more than what many communicate in books and abstracts. As difficult as your work is, there are many who appreciate your being who you are and what you are doing. Many more should know and appreciate your positive efforts to do what others can't or won't. Sincerely hope you have many cases with positive outcomes, to keep you going. The world needs more heroes.
